Not So Queer

There’s more conservative content than you’d expect on the gay-themed LOGO channel. Not a lot, of course, but enough that you have to wonder why the network aligns its news coverage with a Leftist outfit like CBS.
Don’t Mess With Texas—co-scripted by Ethan Coen—is part of LOGO’s regular short-film competition. It’s a fun story about the kind of irritating gay activist that you would expect LOGO to embrace. (That link lets you view the short online). The LOGO audience seems to really like the film, too. Maybe that’ll give the channel a clue about all of their more predictable programming.
Now I really need to start hacking and whacking to meet some deadlines. Don’t expect any new entries until Monday or Tuesday.
